It all started with Yorkshire puddings – notoriously difficult to recreate without using eggs and dairy.

We cracked our original recipe during lockdown 2020 but striving for perfection there have been several upgrades since then. The Yorkshire puddings and Toad in the hole, made with THIS sausages, use our signature light and crispy batter which is made with 95% organic ingredients.

We produce a gluten free version of our Yorkshire puddings and while they are made in the same production kitchen as the regular ones we have strict cleaning procedures in place. When tested the gluten content was <5ppm, way below the maximum allowed of <20ppm.
