Ray’s writing career was brought to life through her passion for nature, animals and the Earth. Having worked in PR for over fifteen years, Ray closed her business to try and make a difference for the issues she felt passionate about with a focus on writing for nature. Ray’s debut Earthlings, is an internationally bestselling dystopian fantasy, perfect for lovers of eco fiction and YA fantasy.
Ray’s writing style has been praised as ‘a millennial Enid Blyton’, and the Earthlings trilogy has been critically acclaimed as ‘genre-defying’, and ‘the Narnia of our time’.
Alongside writing, Ray teaches creative writing classes both online and in person and is the Founder of Soul Story the Mindful Creative Writing App for creatives that desire to write impactful novels.
