I originate from Catalonia and currently reside in London, U.K. I am an ethical vegan and a zoologist, and I have been involved in different aspects of animal protection for many years. I became well-known for securing ethical veganism as a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010 in a landmark Employment Tribunal case in the UK that was discussed all over the world. I have worked doing campaigning, lobbying, scientific research, undercover investigations, and consultancy. I have authored several books and I enjoy amateur photography. I am currently a veganism content writer and consultant.
