I'm of Italian origins, and I been a professional chef with over 20 years of working experience in the catering and hospitality industry, I been living in London for the past 20 years, and during this time he has built a solid experience in a wide and varied range of restaurants and businesses.
I started my business with my partner 6 years ago and as a natural chef, I bring a unique element balancing taste and flavor with a nutritional outlook. I place organic, seasonal and local foods at the core of my recipes, and am equipped with the knowledge and experience to create free-from, plant-based, or omnivorous recipes to the brief.
We choose to interact with our customers at Festivals and work with local small businesses and the community to sell our products.
