About Us

We are an ethical vegan run events company based in the East Midlands, UK. We have many years experience as vegan events traders and also in events logistics organisation. Our key aims are to bring vibrant ethical vegan markets to a range of locations across the UK. With free entry for customers and affordable stall costs for traders.

We carefully curate who will trade at our events to ensure a great range of stalls which is supportive of our small business traders and offers a fantastic range for customers.

Conscious Living

Now, more than ever, we all value how we spend our time, and our money. Our events aim to bring a wide range of ethical products to our customers in order for them to make cruelty free, environmentally friendly choices.

Compassion

Compassion for all beings is a core value of ours. We encourage positive mindsets within our community of traders and see this positivity shared with customers too. Rainbow Monkey Events are Mental Health First Aid trained.

Trust

Our Vegan markets only contain vegan products. We are a vegan run company and we carefully curate who trades with us. Communication and trust is key to our values.

Sustainability

We promote plastic free, zero waste principles and encourage all traders to use reusable, recyclable or compostable packaging for products purchased by customers. We provide a free recycling scheme for our traders for cardboard, glass, paper, plastic and tetrapaks at the end of the events. We offset the carbon for our own travel to each event and our website is built and hosted by Reforest The Web, who aim to help combat climate change by planting trees for all the services provided. The trees that planted provide more than carbon sequestration, they help to improve poverty and the quality of life for those involved, by employing local villagers to plant the trees that restore the forests.

Our Mission

Rainbow Monkey Events aim to provide ethical vegan markets in order to support small artisan traders and charities whilst offering a large range of goods to customers in a positive friendly atmosphere. We subsidise stall costs for animal rescues and charities and provide guidance for people who are new to trading at markets and events. We believe in clear honest communication and being accessible for all. We are inclusive and welcoming to all genders, sexualities and ethnic backgrounds.
