Welcome to Dopa Delights

Based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire we are a 100% plant based home kitchen with the dream of one day opening a luxury patisserie.

Good food has always brightened a bad day for me, the Dopa is the part of the brain that releases Dopamine. Not only does my baking make me incredible happy, I hope it brings some decadence and delight into your day.

Sandwiches, wraps and filled breads.

What we offer:

• Plant based pastrami with apple wood smoked che*se and homemade apple sauce
• Smokey paprika roasted courgette and pepper with homemade sun-dried tomato hummus
• Homemade faux salmon with lemon & dill cream che*se, cucumber and watercress
• Roasted miso & orange tofu with fresh radish and rocket
• Homemade beetroot hummus with roasted sweet potatoes and fresh spinach
• Salt & pepper roasted chickpeas with lime avocado mash and fresh spinach

Charcuterie Boxes or Sharing Platters
We can offer a range of nibbles and treats, sweet or savoury!
Your custom box can also include sandwiches, bagels, pastries, sponges, brownies or other treats, they can also be made nut or gluten free.

Our minimum order for boxes is for 4 people (4 individual or 2 large sharing).
Sharing platters are available with catering orders (we do not take orders for 1 box)

Egg free quiches

Our plant based quiches are made with tofu instead of egg and have a homemade pastry base, they are available as a 9inch or individual 4inch ones. The following flavours are my personal favourite, but if you have ideas for what you would like then please let us know.

• Plant based feta, cherry tomato & spinach
• Roasted red pepper, courgette & broccoli
• Leek, applewood smoked che*se and plant based bacon pieces

Available in half size or full size, wrapped in our homemade puff pastry
