WHO IS ANIMAL JUSTICE PROJECT?
Founded in 2014 as a grassroots organisation focused on animal experimentation, Animal Justice Project began exposing animal agriculture in 2019. The team works tirelessly to end the violations of rights that animals still trapped in these systems face every single day, with the sole focus of ending animal agriculture.
We work with activists nationwide to build on the capacity, scale and effectiveness of the animal rights movement, so that we can collectively achieve our shared vision of a progressive and just society.
Since 2014, Animal Justice Project has grown into an effective non-profit organisation that has retained its values and commitment to animal liberation.
With our supporters’ help, our high profile campaigns have resulted in many positive impacts for thousands of animals. These include farms losing vital stockists, successful prosecutions and other legal repercussions, and plummeting share prices. We’ve also successfully seen businesses face permanent closure following our investigative work. These successes firmly align with our vision of ending animal agriculture.

Animal Justice Project works toward a society free from animal exploitation. We achieve this through undercover investigations, political and corporate pressure campaigns, public-facing vegan advocacy, and large-scale mobilisation of supporters. Our work combines exposés, strategic campaigning, and public engagement to expose systemic cruelty, challenge harmful industry practices, and promote compassionate, plant-based choices.
